WIZRD (“WIZRD”) – Privacy Policy

WIZRD – advanced technical and operation guidance software (“WIZRD“) is owned licensed and operated by Enwize T.W. Ltd. (“Enwize“, “We“) for authorized users (of licensed clients “Clients”).

This privacy policy explains which personal information Enwize receives and collects when downloading and using WIZRD installed on Enwize’s infrastructure (When WIZRD is installed on Clients’ infrastructure less information is collected stored and processed depending on the specific architecture agreed with client and detailed description will be provided accordingly), how and for what purposes Enwize uses and transfers such information to third parties.


Information We Receive and Collect:

Downloading WIZRD. When downloading WIZRD from on-line stores (that enable WIZRD downloading, such as ‘AppStore’ and ‘GooglePlay’) We receive information about application downloading in accordance with such on-line stores privacy policy and terms.

Enrollment – User Information. Use of WIZRD requires enrollment. During enrollment we collect (directly from authorized users or from Clients): username, password and language.

Device Information. We may collect device-specific information when you install, access, or use WIZRD. Such information includes hardware model, operating system information, and other device identifiers.

When WIZRD is Operating:

Performance Information. Procedures that were executed, entry and exit times, execution times for each procedure and step, procedure errors, procedure paths.

Camera/Pictures. Pictures taken through WIZRD and sent through WIZRD.

Mic./Voice massages. When the voice command option is On while using WIZRD. Voice command feature in provided by a third-party provider IBM Watson and it is subject to its privacy policy:



Device tools/features. In order to enable full operation WIZRD needs access to information from Device features and tools: Bluetooth, Camera, Internet connection, Audio, Recorded audio and Logs.

Storage and Security

Information* shall be stored on servers operated by or for Enwize (as coordinated in advance between Enwize and Client).

Enwize implements various security measures to secure its servers and to protect the information stored within it.

*Voice records – are transferred to IBM WATSON service.

** Please note as stated above that When WIZRD is installed on Clients’ infrastructure less information is stored depending on the specific architecture agreed with client and detailed description will be provided accordingly

How We Use and With Whom We May Share Your Information

We use or may use all the information We receive and collect: (a) to operate, and support operation of WIZRD (to ensure our services are working as intended); (b) enable and support use of Authorized users; (c) for security.(d) to provide Clients about their users use of WIZRD (e) to improve WIZRD.

We do not share information with third parties, other than with our service providers solely for the provision of their services to us

In addition, We may use aggregated or statistical information (derives from information collected of revised) without reference to its source (“Derived Non Identifiable Information”).

We may collect, use, and share your information if We have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to: (i) comply with applicable law, regulations, legal proceedings, orders or instructions of competent authorities (ii) detect, investigate, prevent, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; (iii) protect the rights, property, and safety of Enwize, other users or other Enwize personnel or others; or (iv) legal disputes or proceedings that We (or any of our affiliates) are involved with.


Data Retention

Data is retained as long as Client is entitled to use WIZRD. When deleting WIZRD (and You may delete WIZRD from your end device at any time) all information will be stored as long as Client is entitled to use WIZRD and or unless Clients earlier instructs Us otherwise. Information deletion does not include deletion of non-identifying, non-identifiable personal information including Derived Non Identifiable information that we may keep storing and use for the above purposes.


Right of Access

Under the Protection of Privacy Act (1981), the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Conditions for Access to Data and Procedures for Appeal on a Denial of an Access Request) 1981 and other related regulation, any individual is entitled, by himself or through an authorized proxy acting on his behalf, to access information pertaining to him that is contained in a data base, and may ask the owner of the database to amend update or delete (subject to various exceptions) any information that he finds to be inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or non-updated. Refusal from the database owner to such request may be appealed to court in accordance with the above regulations.


Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may change this policy from time to time, and if We do We will provide a prior notice (unless mandatory law or regulation requires otherwise, or unless such change is in your favor). If you continue to use WIZRD after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy.
